Professional Learning Network

The people behind the work.

The people behind the work.

MCC's Professional Learning Network is powered by Change Experts: a vetted network of consultants, implementation leaders, and partner organizations who facilitate learning alongside MCC and carry the work into schools, districts, and communities we could never reach alone.

What the Network Does

What the Professional Learning Network does

Shared learning that turns into practical action.

Professional Learning Networks are small, facilitated cohorts built around real leadership and implementation challenges. Leaders come together to examine a shared theme, connect it to their own context, and apply MCC tools through guided conversation, reflection, and planning. Each session is grounded in the Adult Learning Framework: Reflect. Connect. Grow. and strengthen the Five Pillars of Lasting Change: conditions, relationships, practices, capacity, and sustainability.

Leaders leave with shared language, practical tools, and one concrete move they can bring back to their team.

What Change Experts Do

What Change Experts do

Practitioners first, in every room.

Every Change Expert comes out of real implementation work in schools, districts, or the organizations that serve them. Within the MCC ecosystem, Change Experts facilitate Professional Learning Network sessions, write in the Leadership Knowledge Commons, contribute to funded innovation projects, and bring specialized expertise into partnerships when a district's needs call for it.

Because they are practitioners first, the learning they lead stays grounded in what actually works in real systems. They help leaders move beyond ideas and into usable routines, stronger conversations, clearer implementation moves, and sustainable follow-through.

Learn With the Network

Learn with the network

Cohorts shaped around what leaders are carrying now.

Professional Learning Networks are organized around the real challenges leaders are navigating: implementation, data use, trust, facilitation, MTSS, restorative practices, leadership capacity, school climate, and sustainable change.

Each cohort is guided by MCC leaders and Change Experts and built around a practical learning arc. Leaders engage with shared tools, apply them to their own context, learn from peers, and leave each session with something they can use immediately.

Networks form around what leaders need. Tell us what your team is carrying, and we will let you know what is forming.
