MCC is powered by a vetted network of Change Experts: practitioners, facilitators, consultants, and implementation leaders with real classroom, school, district, or systems-level experience.

Change Experts help MCC extend the work into more places with integrity. They facilitate Professional Learning Networks, contribute to the Leadership Knowledge Commons, support district partnerships, and bring field-based expertise into projects designed to strengthen conditions, relationships, practices, capacity, and sustainability.

If you have carried meaningful implementation work and want to bring that knowledge into more systems, this conversation is the first step.

What the Call Is

This is a 30-minute Change Expert Discovery Call with Dr. Morgan Goering.

The conversation is about your background, the work you have led, the kind of contribution you want to make, and whether the MCC network is a strong fit on both sides.

There is nothing formal to prepare beyond the short questions in the booking form. Come ready to talk about the work you know well, the systems you care about, and how you hope to contribute.

Who We Look For

MCC looks for Change Experts who bring:

Real implementation experience in schools, districts, education agencies, nonprofits, or public-serving organizations
Experience leading adults through coaching, facilitation, professional learning, consultation, evaluation, or team leadership
A strong practice base in areas that support educational change, such as leadership, MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, data use, adult learning, school climate, equity, implementation, or systems improvement
A belief that meaningful change lasts when the people closest to the work help shape it
A willingness to reflect, connect, and grow alongside other leaders in the MCC ecosystem

How Network Relationships Begin

Change Expert relationships form around real needs in real systems. Some Change Experts write, some facilitate, some contribute specialized expertise to district projects, and some partner with MCC on funded work over time.
