Who we are
These terms are between you and Making Champions of Change, LLC (“MCC”). By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
Digital product
Data as a Mirror: Team protocols to understand what’s driving the patterns in your school’s data is a digital PDF delivered electronically. Nothing ships. Your download is available immediately after purchase through the confirmation page and your confirmation email.
License
Your purchase grants one single-organization license. You and the educators in your school, district, or organization may use, print, and share the playbook internally for your own professional learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the playbook outside your organization, use it in paid trainings or consulting, or use it to create derivative products for sale. To use the playbook across multiple organizations, contact us about a broader license.
Intellectual property
The playbook, including the Reflect. Connect. Grow. framework, the Rhythm of Practice, and all protocols, tools, and worksheets, is the intellectual property of Making Champions of Change. The learning entry summaries are adapted from Leadership Knowledge Commons entries by their credited authors. All rights reserved.
Educational use
The playbook offers professional learning tools and general guidance for school and district teams. It does not provide legal, clinical, or psychological advice. Use the tools in line with your local board policy, state law, collective bargaining agreements, and district procedures. Results depend on how each team applies the tools, so MCC can’t guarantee specific outcomes.
Student information
Some protocols involve discussing student data. Follow FERPA and your district’s privacy policies when you use them, and please don’t send student records or identifiable student information to MCC.
Refunds
Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
Delivery issues
If your confirmation email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, especially on school or district email systems. Still missing? Contact [email protected] and we’ll resend your access.
Receipts
A receipt is emailed automatically after purchase. If your school needs a different document for reimbursement, contact us.
Updates
MCC may update the playbook to improve it. Your purchase includes the version available at the time you bought it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MCC’s total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the playbook.
Changes to these terms
MCC may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
