Clarity as Equity: Reflection Questions for Leaders and Teams

Reflection Questions for Leaders and Teams

When expectations are unclear, someone always fills in the gaps, and it is usually the same people every time. These fifteen reflection questions help you notice where work in your system feels heavier than it should and where clarity could carry more of the load.

The questions span five areas: noticing clarity and strain, purpose as a living reference, roles and invisible labor, communication and flow, and holding the insight. Use them individually, with a colleague, or with your team. There is no pressure to answer them all, and no pressure to answer right away.

A leadership and implementation ecosystem helping education leaders turn good ideas into change that lasts.
